Order Confirmation:

Once an order is placed a confirmation email is immediately sent indicating the order has been received and payment has been pre-authorized for the purchase. We verify the availability of your item with our suppliers. If your order is unavailable for any reason, the order is canceled and one of our representatives will contact you via email. Otherwise, charges are processed and we submit for immediate shipment (within 5 business days).

Order Shipment:

Products are usually shipped within 2 business days after your order has been processed. Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email you provided at check out.

Free Shipping:

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous United States. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Damages:

We ask you to inspect the packaging of all items upon receipt. Please make a note should you notice any damages when signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, please send pictures to info@investoralarms.com and an insurance claim will be processed on your behalf. Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
